Services

I help your business show up online, attract customers, and organize daily work — in a simple, practical way.

Websites that bring customers

I build the online home of your business: a clear page that explains what you do, builds trust, and makes it easy for people to call or message you — including on their phone.

Social media taken care of

I plan and post for your Instagram and Facebook so your brand stays active, looks professional, and keeps attracting people without you having to do it every day.

Ads that bring the right people

I create and manage ads on Google and Instagram/Facebook so people who are already looking for what you offer can find you and get in touch.

Show up on Google Maps

I set up your Google Business listing so customers nearby can find you on Maps and search, see your hours and photos, and message you on WhatsApp.

Systems that save time

I build tools for your daily work: control panels, forms, calculators, and systems that cut repetitive tasks and organize information in one place.

Apps for your customers

I create mobile apps so your clients can use your service from their phone — with a simple experience made for how your business works.

Featured project

Ômega Elevadores

A technical company that was great at the service itself, but nearly invisible online: people searching for elevators in the region simply could not find them.

Now they have a fast website that explains the service clearly, builds credibility on the first visit, and brings every enquiry into one place.

About me

I am Felipe Alvim. I help companies get found online and look as good as they truly are — combining marketing and programming in the same work.

I hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Faculdade CDL and I work with websites, Google presence, social media, ads, systems, and apps. I also work as a Front-end developer (React and TypeScript) for tech teams.

  • I speak your language: no jargon and no runaround.
  • I focus on your result: good looks only count if they bring enquiries and sales.
  • I work remotely with clients anywhere, following through from start to finish.
  • I show my work: live projects and open source code on GitHub.

Why people hire me

In the end, it is not about fancy technology. It is about your business being found, building trust, and selling more.

You get found by people ready to buy

Website, Google Maps, and ads work together to put your business in front of people searching right now — locally or across the country.

You build trust at first sight

Your own address online, with clear information and a professional look, answers the customer’s doubts before the first conversation even starts.

You get your time back

Systems, dashboards, and automations take over repetitive work and organize your information, freeing you to focus on what actually makes money.

  • Real projects live, with links for you to check
  • Written proposal before we start, no surprises
  • You talk directly to me, with no middleman
  • Reply within 24–48h, with a clear next step

Who this work is for

I would rather be honest before the meeting — that way we both save time.

It makes sense to contact me if…

  • You have a good business, but almost nobody finds you online.
  • Today you rely only on Instagram or word of mouth to sell.
  • You lose hours on spreadsheets, notebooks, and repetitive tasks.
  • You want to show up on Google for customers in your area.
  • You are a tech team looking for a remote Front-end developer.

It may not be the right time if…

  • You are only after the lowest price, regardless of results.
  • You expect a promise of first place on Google overnight.
  • You would rather not take part in any stage of the project.
  • You need something finished today, with no time to align anything.

If it is not a fit, I will say so honestly — and, when possible, point you to a better option.

Projects I have delivered

Every project started with a real problem. See what changed afterwards — and check it yourself through the links.

How I deliver

  1. SpeedA page that loads fast keeps the visitor and helps Google show you more often.
  2. Organized codeBuilt to last: it can be changed later without breaking anything and without costing a fortune.
  3. Accessible to everyoneWorks well on phones, on desktops, and for people with impairments.
  4. Careful finishingVisual detail, proofread copy, and everything checked before going live.

How it works, from first contact to delivery

No mystery: you always know which stage the project is in and what comes next.

  1. A no-strings conversation

You tell me what you need on WhatsApp or through the form. I listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether I can help.

  2. Clear proposal

I send in writing what will be done, the timeline, and the price. No fine print and no surprise costs along the way.

  3. Delivery you can follow

You see the project moving stage by stage and can ask for adjustments before everything is finished.

  4. Launch and support

I publish it, hand over the access, and explain how to use it. After that, I stay around for whatever you need.

Typical timelines: sales page in 5 to 10 days, business website in 2 to 3 weeks, Google Business Profile in a few days, and systems according to the agreed scope.

What clients say

The best way to know what working with me is like is to hear from people who already hired me.

Questions I always get

Straight answers, no jargon — from price to timeline.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the size of the project — a sales page is not the same as a full business website or a custom system. I always send the price in writing before we start, with everything that is included, so you can decide with no pressure. Asking for a quote is free.

How long does it take to go live?

A sales page usually takes 5 to 10 days, a business website 2 to 3 weeks, and a Google Business Profile just a few days. Systems and apps depend on the agreed scope. I confirm the timeline in the proposal, before any payment.

I already have Instagram. Do I still need a website?

Instagram is rented land: the rules change and the reach is not yours. A website is your own house online — it shows up on Google, works 24 hours a day, and there is no competitor next to your post.

What do you need from me to start?

Your goal, who your customer is, references you like (if you have any), and your preferred timeline. If you do not have material ready, I help organize photos and text. You will not be left figuring it out alone.

What is the difference between a website and a system?

A website presents your business and brings enquiries. A system is a work tool — control panels, client records, calculators — built to cut repetitive tasks inside your operation.

One-time payment or monthly?

Websites, Google Business Profile, and systems are usually a one-time payment, with optional maintenance. Social media and ads are monthly, because the work is continuous. I make the model clear before we start.

What happens after delivery?

I hand over the access, explain how everything works, and stay available for questions. If you want, we can arrange ongoing maintenance and improvements — but you are never locked in.

Do you work with companies outside your region?

Yes. I am based in Fortaleza, Brazil, and I work remotely with clients anywhere. Everything runs over WhatsApp, email, or video calls — in Portuguese or English.

Hiring me as a Front-end developer

I am open to remote or hybrid Front-end roles and to freelance delivery. My stack is centered on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, with PHP/MySQL when the project needs it. I reply with scope, timeline, and next step — and my GitHub is open for technical review.

How does remote work in practice?

Clear milestones, async updates, handoff through Figma/Git, and direct communication on WhatsApp, email, or your team’s tools (Slack, Linear, Notion). You always know where the project stands.

Let’s talk about your project

Tell me in a few lines what you need. I reply within 24–48h with the next step — no strings attached and no charge to talk.

Rua Dona Leopoldina, 800 — Fortaleza, CE, Brazil

What happens after you reach out

  • I confirm I received it and ask only what is missing to understand your case.
  • I get back with an objective proposal (or a conversation, if it is a role).
  • If it is a fit for both sides, we agree on the start and the first delivery.
